Manufacturing and delivery times

The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. 

amelieviaene.com undertakes to honour the orders received within the following deadlines:

Only the unique pieces offered for sale are available immediately. Other jewels must be ordered and delays in manufacturing and searching for stones are necessary. 

After placing an order for an available piece of jewellery, the delivery time may vary between 3 and 5 working days, except in special circumstances.

If the jewel has to be ordered, the manufacturing and delivery time can vary from 3 to 8 weeks depending on the type of jewel.

The prices indicated for orders outside the euro zone are exclusive of taxes. The taxes related to the reception of the order are at the charge of the buyer. 

amelieviaene.com reserves the right not to accept delivery to certain areas where access would be difficult and to apply delivery charges.
